Tom Hardy is the latest celebrity to join the #22PushUpChallenge.

On Wednesday, the actor posted a video of himself participating in the challenge that helps raise awareness for veterans who suffer from post traumatic stress disorder. Created by the UK charity Combat Stress, a number of other celebrities have helped spread the awareness, including Anna Faris, Scott Eastwood and The Rock.

In Hardy's video, he records himself going outside to get started. He mentions that he's raising the PTSD awareness, which sounds like a "very, very good idea." He added that he's also going to donate.

When the actor sets the camera down, he gets ready to work himself hard while also wearing an interesting outfit.

Check it out below and find out who Hardy nominated next.

Hardy is one of the biggest names in Hollywood with popular films up his sleeve like Mad Max: Fury Road, Inception and The Dark Knight Rises. He's even garnered attention from other big movie stars like Jane Fonda who dished to USA Today on his most recent role where he was nominated for an Oscar.

"I saw The Revenant and asked who played the bad guy," Fonda said. "It was Tom Hardy and then a lot of folks said, 'You gotta see him in Legend. There he played twin brothers who are British gangsters. He is really amazing in this film. I came to think of the two brothers and different people even though Hardy was playing both. And, as the more together of the brothers, Hardy is like a new [Marlon] Brando."

Hardy is also in the upcoming film Dunkirk where he stars along with Cilian Murphy and One Direction singer Harry Styles.
