Seattle's swankiest new watering hole is zombies only...unless you're ready to whether the searing bite of the Bhut Jolokia.

Clocking in at a whopping 855,000 on the Scoville scale, just a taste of the Ghost Pepper would have a mere mortal in tears. A zombie, however, can pop those suckers like candy, making them the perfect litmus test for iZombie's undead speakeasy.

"It's a speakeasy where one needs to be able to eat a ghost pepper without flinching to be allowed in, but once inside, brains and hot sauces from around the world are available for the discriminating zombie," executive producer Rob Thomas told Entertainment Weekly.

The arrival of Filmore-Graves Enterprises heralded a new world order as season 2 comes to a close, and between Blaine's (David Anders) season 1 shenanigans and Vivian Stoll's (Andrea Savage) herd of militant brain munchers, Team Z is growing by leaps and bounds. It's only natural that the undead would like to socialize amongst themselves.

"The number of zombies in Seattle is going up at an alarming rate, and it's high time someone capitalized on the undead's desire to socialize with their own kind," Thomas teased. "We originally named the establishment Coldcock's, but apparently that's the name of a brand of booze, so we settled on our second choice, The Scratching Post."

Liv, however, isn't ready to rubber stamp an ally simply because they share her little affliction. McIver's character will hedge her bets when it comes to dealing with Stoll's crew,

"I think Liv, going into this season, she's been through a lot over the last few years and she's becoming even braver and stronger in herself," the actress told IGN. "But I think she's had her fingers burnt pretty badly and I think she's going to keep her cards close to her chest a little and hedge her bets about who she's going to trust."
