Cisco's powers a ramping up on The Flash and no amount of time travel will un-ring that metahuman bell.

It's true that Flashpoint will temporarily sideline Cisco's (Carlos Valdes) alter ego. Barry's (Grant Gustin) alternate timeline won't last long, however, and Vibe will be back in action before you know it (episode 4, to be precise).

"First and foremost, I think it's important to stress that the altered timeline of Flashpoint will not overtake the season. I think this season is more focused on the repercussions of the creation of that timeline and it being opened," Valdes said at Dragon Con, according to Collider. "I think a lot of fans are expressing concern at their favorite characters and relationships being gone, but without giving too much away, I can assure fans that is NOT the case. With that said, we get back to exploring Cisco and his powers."

If you thought Vibe has already reached his peak, remember what Reverb was capable of. It seems Cisco has only scratched the surface of his abilities.

"Powers grow," the actor teased. "That's what they do."

In fact, fans might even get to see the techie slip on his own super suit in season 3. After all, Vibe already has the goggles. Valdes is intent on keeping a few secrets, however.

"No comment," the Flash star said when Collider breached the subject of Vibe's threads.
