Khloe Kardashian has re-filed documents to end her marriage to Lamar Odom and seems to have moved on from the marriage with Tristan Thompson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

According to a new report, things between Kardashian and Thompson, who are currently enjoying a Mexican getaway, are going great so far -- but they may not be in an exclusive relationship quite yet.

"Khloé and Tristan have been seeing each other for a little bit," a source told PEOPLE Magazine on Sunday. "He's a really nice, good guy and she seems very happy with him."

"It's unclear for now if it's going to turn [into] anything super serious, but for now they're having a good time together," the source explained.

The magazine report revealed that prior to Kardashian and Thompson's trip to Mexico, the couple was seen enjoying a night out in Los Angeles at Bootsy Bellows before being photographed in Beverly Hills a week later.

Over the weekend, a second source told the magazine that Kardashian and Thompson were a "mini-thing."

"They like each other and are hanging out," the source said.

As for Kardashian's divorce from Odom, things have not yet been finalized. Instead, the couple is once again waiting on a judge to sign off on their paperwork, which Kardashian submitted in May.

"She's honestly fine and it's more of a formality at this point," a source told PEOPLE Magazine at the time. "She's there for him and they're in regular contact and she wishes him well. She'll always be there for him. But as far as their marriage is concerned, that's over and has been for quite some time. It was time to make it official."
