Who is the mole? Blindspot's Jane Doe has another mystery to solve, and it's one that will keep viewers guessing.

The Blindspot premiere came equipped with a very satisfying data dump, one that provided answers about everything from Orion to Sandstorm to Jane's (Jaimie Alexander) family. Being the Rubik's cube that it is, however, the NBC series only lined up enough pieces to make you think you're on the way to solving a side. There are still plenty of mysteries ahead, including the identity of Sandstorm's FBI mole.

If you though Jane Doe was the only double/triple agent dotting the scene, you need to think again. Sheppard has someone else inside the Bureau, and, according to series creator Martin Gero, you shouldn't count anyone out.

"Literally it could be anyone. I don't want to sway one way or another. I think everyone is going to make their decisions," Gero told Entertainment Weekly. "The mole knows that they're a mole."

At the moment, the turncoat is probably cursing Jane Doe's name up and down New York City. With all the chaos caused by her inadvertent lies, escape from the CIA, and subsequent bad blood with Weller's (Sullivan Stapleton) team, the mole's lines of communication have all but entirely shut down.

"The mole though has to be very careful about when it talks to Sandstorm because everyone is under such close scrutiny," Gero explained. "So it's not like the mole and Sandstorm are in constant contact. In fact, when the mole finally does reach out, it's at a moment of crisis where Sandstorm needs to know something."
