Gibbs' team is on the case once more, albeit with a few fresh faces. NCIS returns tonight, and fans can catch all the action with an online live stream.

Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) departed the long-running drama last spring, and it will take three characters to fill his shoes. Starting in the premiere, McGee and co. will join forces with Special Agent Alexandra "Alex" Quinn (Jennifer Esposito), a former field agent who Gibbs (Mark Harmon) will pull back into the fray, and Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama), an agent who emerges from deep cover to act as the catalyst for the opening episode. MI6 Officer Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry), who made his debut in season 13's finale episodes, will come back into play later this fall.

Titled "Rogue," tonight's premiere will center on Nick's investigation and his fiery return.

"The NCIS team investigates a deadly car explosion in D.C. that connects to NCIS Special Agent Nicholas "Nick" Torres, who disappeared six months ago while on a deep undercover assignment in Argentina," CBS teased. "Also, Gibbs asks NCIS Special Agent Alexandra "Alex" Quinn to shadow his team after rejecting eight agents she instructed and referred for the open position."

Despite Weatherly's departure, NCIS will continue to deliver the same high-quality stories viewers are accustomed to.

"It's a new season, a different season, but it's the same NCIS," executive producer Gary Glasberg promised, according to TV Guide. "It's the same recipe. We just added some new ingredients. I'm excited for everybody to see what our new team is like."
