His behavior lately has given them concern, but after mistakenly believing something else is affecting Paul's (Richard Burgi) mood, Tracy (Jane Elliott) and Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) will make a surprise decision in an effort to cheer him up on General Hospital.

After Dillon caught him looking sad at the courthouse and Tracy heard him say that he blamed himself for Sabrina's murder, Tracy believed his strange behaviors were related to his daughter, Susan, who has had issues and is around the same age as Sabrina was when she died. Now, the two will plot to find a way to bring Susan to Port Charles as a surprise for Paul, unaware of what they may actually be doing instead.

"Okay, let's find Susan," Tracy says to Dillon in a preview clip for the Tuesday, September 27 episode.

However, what they don't realize is that Paul's actions were actually guilt over what he has done, somewhat for Susan. The problems plaguing Port Charles have mainly stemmed from the hospital now closing because of the serial killer roaming the halls, which led to Sabrina's death. And what no one has yet figured out is that Paul is the one who has been behind the killings, and while his motive hasn't been thoroughly explained, it does have something to do with Susan and what he feels she is owed.

Now, after possibly committing the last murder he needed, Paul is off to the facility Susan is at to visit with his daughter, and possibly explain to her that he has finally done what he set out to do for her. But if he arrives at the facility and Susan isn't there because she's en route to Port Charles, he could panic over what it might mean in regards to his big secret.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
