Reality TV Star and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has faced a lawsuit from employees Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos. According to the lawsuit, which was brought to light by the LA Times, the presidential candidate was brazenly favoring employees based on their looks, to the point of asking managers to fire women who were not attractive enough.

The 2012 lawsuit, which was reported by the Los Angeles Times, alleges that the presidential candidate pressured his employees at the golf club to make sure that the staff present in the resort were attractive. It even got to the point when Trump asked managers in the resort to fire and replace staff who were not attractive enough.

Hayley Strozier, director of catering at the resort until her departure in 2008, described the mogul's stance on the employees at his golf resort.

"I had witnessed Donald Trump tell managers many times while he was visiting the club that restaurant hostesses were 'not pretty enough' and that they should be fired and replaced with more attractive women," she said.

"Managers eventually changed employee schedules so that the most attractive women were scheduled to work when Mr. Trump was scheduled to be at the club."

While the allegations are quite serious, a lawyer from the Trump Organization shrugged off the accusation, dismissing the lawsuit as "meritless."

Strozier further related an instance when Vincent Stellio, a former Trump bodyguard, approached her one time in order to demand that an employee be fired. The reason? Trump doesn't like fat people, and the employee was overweight.

"Mr. Stellio told me to do this because 'Mr. Trump doesn't like fat people' and that he would not like seeing [the employee] when he was on the premises," she said.

Trump has been battling criticism about his treatment of women since his dramatic rise as the Republican nominee started. As for the candidate, Trump has always affirmed that he always treats women appropriately.

"All are impressed with how nicely I have treated women," Trump recently said.
