Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly reached a temporary agreement for custody of their six kids.

The Department of Children and Family Services in Los Angeles has apparently presented their temporary custody recommendations to Pitt and Jolie, according to a new TMZ report. The terms of the agreement are as follows:

1. Jolie will have physical custody of their six kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins, Knox and Vivienne, until Oct. 20.

2. Pitt will be able to visit with the kids, though a therapist will be present at the first visit. At this time, the therapist will decide to allow Pitt to either continue visitation with no supervision or to continue having his visits monitored.

3. Pitt and Jolie will each undergo individual counseling, and they will have family counseling with their six children as well.

4. Pitt will be tested at random for drugs or alcohol in his system. TMZ's sources are reporting that the first test came back negative for alcohol and drugs.

News of this temporary counseling comes after weeks of stress and turmoil for the Jolie-Pitt family, and those associated with them. Shortly after news broke of Pitt and Jolie getting a divorce, there was a PageSix report detailing Jolie having a private investigator discovering Pitt having an affair with his Allied co-star Marion Cotillard. Cotillard and her partner Guillaume Canet have since denied the news.

Pitt admitted after the divorce news spread that he was "saddened" by Jolie's decision, adding, "What matters most now is the well being of our kids. I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time."

Meanwhile, Jolie's attorney said, "Angelina Jolie Pitt has filed for dissolution of the marriage. This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting at this time, and asks that the family be given their privacy during this difficult time."
