Their divorce has been finalized for a few months now, but the home Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani once shared with their sons in L.A. is officially on the market as a part of their divorce agreement.

The mansion, which has been listed for $35 million, was one of several the pair shared during their 13-year marriage, and they are expected to split the proceeds from the sale.

According to The Mirror, Stefani is keeping their other properties in the L.A. area, while her husband is keeping their four European homes.

Those who may believe the price tag for the couple's mansion is steep may no longer believe so after realizing just what the impressive property, located on a mountain ridge between Beverly Hills and Studio City, entails.

Sitting at 11,845 square feet, the home features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a master suite with two large baths and walk-in closets, an outdoor kitchen with wood-burning oven, a tennis court, a chicken coop, a children's playground, city skyline views, a guesthouse and an infinity edge swimming pool.

The couple's 13-year marriage broke up last year after Stefani reportedly discovered that Rossdale had cheated on her for three years with one of the nannies for their three sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo.

Since the announcement that they were divorcing, Stefani has moved on with her The Voice co-star Blake Shelton, who also announced his divorce from Miranda Lambert last summer. The pair, who went public last year during the CMA Awards have seemed almost inseparable since announcing their relationship, and spend time together in both L.A., and in Shelton's Tishomingo, Oklahoma home as well.

They have also been rumored several times to be considering marriage and children together of their own, though those reports have never been explicitly confirmed or denied.
