They're one of the most popular stops for parents eager to get great toys for their kids for the holiday season, and Toys R Us is banking on those parents shopping as early as possible by opening their stores at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Night for the fourth year in a row to begin their Black Friday deals.

In a press release, the toy retailer announced they would once again open at 5 p.m. Thanksgiving Night, something they began doing in 2013, and would remain open for 30 straight hours until 11 p.m. on Friday Night, a decision they say they reached after hearing from shoppers each year that they preferred the early start time.

"Our customers have voted at the doors years after year, and they continue to want the option to get an early start on their holiday shopping lists," Joe Venezia, Executive Vice President of Global Store Operations said. "The good news is that we're not only focused on delivering a Thanksgiving Weekend filled with deals and doorbusters, but we'll be giving shoppers an entire month of can't miss sales and services."

Among those offers are new "G.P.S. Navigator" or "Gurus for Play Stuff", who will be stationed at the front of stores all weekend in November, and then amping up their presence in stores throughout the rest of the holiday season to help parents and other shoppers figure out what toys they're really looking for this season, and figure out exactly what some of them they be if they're unfamiliar. In addition there will also be maps located in stores to help shoppers move more quickly and find what they're looking for faster, in addition to Express Checkout Lanes from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve for those purchasing four items or less, as well as Free Store Pickup for online orders, Free Layaway in stores, and Free Shipping for online purchases of $19 or more.

The company has not yet revealed their deals for the 2016 event. Some of the big 4-hour doorbuster items in 2015 included Buy one Get one 80 percent off SkyLanders Superchargers and Figurines, Fisher-Price Dance and Move BeatBo for $24.99, Paw Patrol Rescue Training Center for $14.99, Imaginarium 55-pc.
