Lamar Odom's father is not a fan of Khloe Kardashian.

Following news of the finalization of their divorce, Joe Odom spoke out and labeled the 32-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star a "piece of work" after suggesting she was responsible for his son's ongoing hardships.

"She got my son into a lot of s--t," Joe told Radar Online, according to a report on Wednesday by In Touch Weekly magazine. "Lamar's life and his career went downhill as soon as he got involved with her. He just didn't need all that drama in his life."

When Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom in May of this year after supporting Odom emotionally and financially for several months, a source spoke to People Magazine about her decision.

“This was always the plan. The divorce has never been officially off. Khloé was waiting for the timing to be right,” a source explained. “She was loyal for a long time and taking care of him, but she’s not a babysitter and needs to move on with her life."

“She’s honestly fine and it’s more of a formality at this point,” the source continued. “She’s there for him and they’re in regular contact and she wishes him well. She’ll always be there for him. But as far as their marriage is concerned, that’s over and has been for quite some time. It was time to make it official.”

“Khloé cares about Lamar and he’ll always be in her life,” said the insider. “But there is only so much you can do for a person. You can’t help or fix someone who won’t fix themselves.”
