Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are preparing to divide their assets and settle their custody battle, but will the 52-year old soon bring Jolie's psych records to court?

According to a recent cover story shared by In Touch Weekly, Jolie is about to be "exposed" in court by her estranged husband s their divorce battle explodes. As the report claimed on its cover, Jolie has reportedly suffered from breakdowns and was even held in a psych ward.

"The actress’s past struggles with drugs and alcohol have been well documented, and she’s been very open about her road to recovery. In 2000, Jolie was placed on a three-day psychiatric hold, and in a 2001 interview with Rolling Stone, the actress admitted to having felt suicidal in the past," Gossip Cop reported on Wednesday.

Although the outlet went on to reveal that Jolie's past struggles are "well behind" her, In Touch Weekly claimed Pitt was using the alleged "secrets" against her during their custody battle.

Jolie’s pat psych records “will provide the foundation and a road map for the judge to rely on. It’s just one part of Brad’s strategy, but it’s a key component,” the magazine's source claimed.

However, according to a source close to the situation who spoke to Gossip Cop, the mental health evaluations of both parents are standard practice in any custody battle. That said, Jolie’s psych records are practically unrelated to her current custody situation with Pitt.
