LG OLED 4K TVs was released in 2014, and from there, several technology watchers and experts became skeptical about the success of these highly expensive new TV equipped with exotic display technology. Many people derided OLED in TVs and claimed that the gadget has no future.

LG's impressive efforts every year has brought OLED in the TV Technology of choice for many serious AV fans. And when it comes to the world of professional monitors, Sony's Trimaster OLED screen have become pretty much popular with customers.

Now, speculations are mounting that the clients will soon be able to get and avail a Sony-branded OLED television. According to Forbes, LG is all set to launch its wallpaper OLED next year on 2017. Wallpaper OLED TV of LG Display was first released in May 2015 during the press event in the South Korea. The display is equipped with the 55-inch screen coming in at a weight of only 1.9 kilograms (4.2 pounds).

The LG's OLED TV Line-up according to Wi-Fi Alliance website is set to be released next year together with the B7, C7, E7, and G7. A Flat Panels HD was also spotted with a new model named the W7 which is rumored to be the wallpaper OLED TV.

B7 is considered as the successor of the B6 model which is the most affordable OLED TV this year. According to the reports, C6 will be upgraded next year into C7 which will be equipped with the flat E6 and G6 TVs.

W7 will be the new addition to LG's OLED TV product line for 2017. W7 will have several features like 65-inch and 77-inch sizes with 77-inch W7 which is expected to be the biggest OLED TV. LG display will provide panels to Panasonic for OLED TVs. The idea of Sony entering the consumer OLED TV makes a lot of sense.

David Katzmier from CNET took a stab at the cost of the 65-inch wallpaper OLED TV, speculating that it would cost $10,000.
