The Biggest Loser winner Ali Vincent has gained back much of her weight lost on the show, and now she's telling her story.

Vincent won The Biggest Loser in 2008, losing a whopping 112 lbs., but over the past few years she has managed to gain quite a bit of that weight back. She wrote about this in a Facebook post back in April, admitting, "I feel ashamed. I feel embarrassed. I feel overwhelmed. I feel like failure."

She decided to get into Weight Watchers and has been trying to make strides, but Vincent appeared on T.D. Jakes recently and revealed her emotional struggle.

"'The Biggest Loser' gave me the opportunity to believe in myself and I don't know that I ever really did," Vincent says in the episode, which aired Monday. "Everybody wanted me to and I wanted to for them, and I had results to prove it. But do I really deserve to have everything that I dream of? Do I deserve to have this happiness?"

Vincent was sexually assaulted while getting a massage in 2015, which she felt affected her emotional wellbeing as she gained more weight again.

"I know that there's stuff that I have to deal with, and I know that it goes back way far, but then I also know that I'm 41 years old - when am I going to own my own stuff?" she tells T.D. Jakes. "When can I just let go?"

Vincent admitted back in April that she was looking to take positive steps in her life again.

“I’m not unhappy with my life, there are ALOT of GREAT things in my life. I FINALLY have a loving relationship that I trust in wholeheartedly,” she wrote on Facebook. “I have friends throughout the country. I have work that inspires me. I’m hopefully finally going to be pregnant. So I’ve been struggling with why I can’t or haven’t rather pulled it together and I know it’s shame. I’ve decided to feel proud of myself again! To hell with shame! I’ve been so afraid and worried of public shame and ridicule that I’ve created more pain for myself than anyone else can but not anymore.”
