Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas Is You" has truly become a Christmas mainstay at this point, and now the song is achieving epic status through a partnership with the Empire State Building.

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. and iHeartMedia unveiled their special Empire State Building light show set to the tune of "All I Want for Christmas Is You" Monday night. The music-light spectacular took place at 7 p.m. ET, but for those who missed it, the light show will take place every night at 7 p.m. until Christmas Day.

Carey is very excited to have one of her signature songs be featured so prominently in a New York landmark.

"I can see the Empire State Building from my apartment, and it is one of my favorite buildings in the world," Carey said in a statement. "To have its iconic lights synched to my song is the perfect gift this holiday season."

"All I Want for Christmas Is You" is also featured in Late Late Show host James Corden's latest "Carpool Karaoke" segment, with Carey singing her iconic song along with Lady Gaga, Adele, Selena Gomez, Elton John and many more.
