Angelina Jolie wants full custody of her six children with Brad Pitt and she isn't prepared to compromise.

According to a new report, the 41-year-old actress is continuing to fight for sole physical custody of her kids with Pitt, despite Pitt having recently been cleared of child abuse charges.

"There’s no evidence the kids are in any danger with Brad, so a judge has no reason to deny him joint custody,” an insider told Life & Style magazine on Wednesday. “But there is simply no reasoning with Angie on the issue.”

As of earlier this month, Pitt and Jolie have been following the terms of temporary agreement for their children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and Knox and Vivienne, 8. However, according to the magazine, the kids are "suffering."

"It’s a cruel irony, since Brad and Angie always tried to put the children first in their relationship,” said another source. “This whole situation is terrible, especially for the kids.”

Weeks ago, Pitt was cleared of charges of child abuse after being investigated for weeks by the Department of Child and Family Servies in Los Angeles.

"The job of the D.C.F.S. is to make sure the children are in a safe and secure situation," the organization said in a statement to Vanity Fair. "As we said earlier this week, childcare professionals encouraged a legal agreement accepted and signed by both sides that was in the best interest of the children. Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their eight-week involvement, the D.C.F.S. is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."
