Queen Elizabeth might abdicate the crown already and is said to be considering Prince William and Kate Middleton as successors. This report came out after she handed 25 national charities to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

As reported by Celeb Dirty Laundry, the Queen is hinting at retiring as she handed down 25 national charities to Kate, William and Prince Harry. But she will also be passing more patronages to the other members of the royal family also.

Because of this latest move of Queen Elizabeth, people are wondering if she is already giving people hints that she already decided to abdicate the crown because of age and health.

However, rumors are rife that as she handed most of national charities to Kate Middleton and Prince William, some speculate that she wants William to be her successor together with Kate. So will this mean that Prince William has been personally chosen by the Queen to succeed her?

If this is the case, how would Prince Charles feel about this turn of events most especially concerning the future of the British monarchy? But as per some rumors, the Queen has her other reasons.

The report further added that the very reason Queen Elizabeth designated Prince William and Kate Middleton to most of the national charities is because of their performance when it comes to their royal duties.

It can be recalled that Kate has been tagged as "work-shy" because of her poor performance regarding attending royal events and obligations. William also was very outspoken before when he shared how he's so stressed with work. Perhaps, the Queen just based her decision on that or it can be otherwise.

Well, Kate must be very lucky as well as William for having been entrusted by the Queen with many significant national charities in case she abdicates the crown.

If Prince William will really succeed Queen Elizabeth once she retires, Kate Middleton must change her work perspectives and prove that they are worthy of the titles.
