This game will feature a story that straightly trails the trendy happenings of the classic game "Psychonauts," which first launched on PS2 in 2005. Moreover, the "Rhombus of Ruin" promising psychic Raz will once again make an appearance as he tries to join the alleged group of psychic secret agents.

Furthermore, Digital Trends has learned a press release stated that "...players will assume the role of Raz, an intrepid young psychic and fully-fledged member of the Psychonauts - an elite group of international psychic secret agents. Gamers will see through Raz's eyes in the first person, using his various psychic powers to affect the world, and solve puzzles."

It was also noted that "Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin" will be starting straight where the original gamed ended. This is where Raz and along with friends; Lili, Sasha, Milla, and Coach Oleander are off to rescue Truman Zanotto, the Grand Head of the Psychonauts. Their task will be bringing them to the heart of the Rhombus of Ruin which is an oceanic location associated to the mysterious Bermuda Triangle.

The players of the game will be obligatory to use only Raz's psychic powers to finish the objective, which really indicated that the story will also take advantage of its VR platform.
