Michelle Obama's Reported Condition Could Jeopardize Marriage Amid Barack's Presidential Comeback Plans

While speculation is on the rise about a possible Donald Trump third-term run, some Democrats have kicked around the possibility of an encore performance by former President Barack Obama. But emerging reports say that such an offer would require his marriage to former First Lady Michelle Obama as collateral.
Michelle has reportedly made it clear to her husband that she has no more use for Washington, RadarOnline claims. According to a family source, she told Hollywood reporter Rob Shuter, "If Barack ever tried to run again, Michelle would walk. She's done her time. She does not want to go back to the White House – not for a single day."
Political analysts have also weighed in on the theoretical potential. Alexandria Hurley, the owner of ABH Public Relations, said in an interview with RadarOnline, "In theory, such a move could create a precedent that allows other former presidents, like Barack Obama, to be discussed as potential candidates again."
While Barack Obama has occasionally expressed nostalgia for his days in leadership, those close to Michelle say she is enjoying her current, quieter lifestyle. The insider claimed Michelle once told friends, "I'd rather divorce a president than live like one again."
The source noted that Michelle has been candid about her hesitation around political life. In the first episode of her "IMO podcast" with her brother, Craig Robinson, she confessed she initially opposed Barack's run for president.
"Being married to the president of the United States (is a) thing that none of us kind of banked on," she stated, further stating that her brother "talked me into supporting his run" when she wasn't in support.
Barack, on the other hand, has admitted to the toll politics took on their union. "I had a big deficit with my wife that I kind of had to work my way out of," he once admitted.
Although publicly denying the rumors, there is speculation of marital strife. RadarOnline was told by a source, "They have homes in D.C., Martha's Vineyard, and Chicago—plus a stock portfolio in excess of $25 million.
It's far from easy to untangle a life of three decades with someone, but maintaining the illusion of a happy and stable marriage is no longer a solution."
Both Michelle and Barack have yet to comment publicly on the latest rumors, instead focusing on their respective projects and foundation work.
