Here is some great news for "One Direction" fans who had been hoping for their favorite four to get back to stage. The band members could be back in action if Louis Tomlinson uttered those two words in the same spirit in which the fans have taken it.

"One Direction" fans are going gaga thinking about the reunion of the band after Louis Tomlinson said two small words, reports Unreality TV. During the promotion of his new single "Just Hold On," Tomlinson was thanking his fans for their support on Twitter. He said that their support has been too sick and he loves them all. Then he stated that he was also really happy with what was coming out of the writing that he was doing at the moment and he could not wait for his fans to hear more.

This led one fan to tell the singer that this was his year and Tomlinson replied "our year." These two specific words have caused a furor as many fans thought that he was referring to their band, "One Direction."

Many felt that he was indicating at reuniting with his "One Direction" bandmates in 2017. Notably, the singer has spoken about reunion in his past interviews but he never specified a date or time when it would eventually materialize.

In related news, all the "One Direction" members wished Harry Styles on his birthday, reports Cosmopolitan. The American singer turned 23 recently and all his bandmates i.e. Liam Payne, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson took to Twitter to wish him a happy birthday.

The greetings were full of heartfelt wishes and thus, it does not seem strange that the fans are speculating about a "One Direction" reunion.

After all, all of them, at some point or another, have dropped hints about the "One Direction" reunion. Now that Tomlinson has supposedly talked about getting back together, it does give hope to their fans. Nevertheless, till some solid indication comes out, one cannot be sure.

It is worth mentioning here that "One Direction" has been on a hiatus since 2016 and though it was officially said to last around 18 months, it is said that the members have disintegrated for good.
