"General Hospital" spoilers reveal a lot of problems between newlyweds Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Although Valentin had wanted to his daughter Charlotte (Scarlette Fernandez) to have a peaceful and stable home with a mother, it did not happen.

Things became pretty nasty when Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) decided not to peep into Valentin's dark secrets. Anna, "General Hospital" show's super spy, was rather stunned when she discovered that Valentin had been a person she rejected at the WSB Academy. He had in fact been a patient of scoliosis, so she had dumped him. The very thought of that made him quite emotional, forcing him to go into a fit of crying and stuttering.

Some insights into the truth in "General Hospital" are revealed in some erratic ways, according to Soaps. The truth was disclosed to Nina, who stuck up for her husband. She charged Anna of being over-obsessed with Valentin. However, Anna turned round and accused Valentin of being the one who rejected her.

Meanwhile, Anna in "General Hospital" will probably be poisoned by Liv St. John/Jerome (Tonja Walker). Liv is already incensed with Anna, as she has the eyes of the only man that she ever loved, Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan). While Liv might be trying to get back at her brother, Julian Jerome (William deVry), she seems to be targeting Anna Devane too.

Anna's sickness on Valentine's Day makes Nina's husband, Valentin, come to her side. He decides to stick by her rather than spend the day with his wife Nina. "General Hospital" fans are already aware that Nina cannot bear to be "rejected" although her marriage is on a delicate balance. She also cannot tolerate the idea of losing Charlotte, whom she loves as her own daughter. Feeling like a woman scorned, Nina may take some stealthy steps to improve things, but they are not clear.
