Justin Timberlake gave a moving speech at the iHeartRadio Music Awards Sunday night, sticking up for all the outsiders in the world.

Timberlake won Song of the Year for "Can't Stop the Feeling!" at the iHeartRadio Music Awards last night, which aired live on TBS, TNT and truTV. He gave one of the most memorable speeches of the night at the event, revealing that he co-wrote the song to bring people together.

"I wrote this song because I wanted it to be about inclusion, about being together. I guess I want to take this opportunity and speak to young people right now 'cause there's a lot of you looking at me," he said. "If you are black or gay or lesbian or trans or maybe you're just a sissy singing boy from Tennessee, anyone that is treating you unkindly it's only because they are afraid or taught to be afraid of how important you are. Because being different means you make the difference. So f--- 'em."

The last line was censored on the broadcast because of FCC regulations.

Timberlake made references to Donald Trump at last year's iHeartRadio Music Awards, saying in a speech honoring Taylor Swift, "Some people are out here to build walls. We ain't naming no names. Taylor chooses to knock down walls and invite everyone to be on her #Squad." Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel campaigned heavily for Hillary Clinton last year.

"Can't Stop the Feeling!" beat Sia and Sean Paul's "Cheap Thrills", The Chainsmokers and Halsey's "Closer", Drake, Wizkid and Kyla's "One Dance" and Twenty One Pilots' "Stressed Out" to win Song of the Year. Timberlake's single was also nominated for Best Song from a Movie but lost to 5 Seconds of Summer's "Girls Talk Boys" from Ghostbusters, in addition to Best Music Video, but lost to Zayn's "Pillowtalk".

"Can't Stop the Feeling!" was also nominated for an Oscar last Sunday, but Timberlake's song ultimately lost to "City of Stars" from La La Land.
