The next major roll out for Apple's operating system, iOS 11, is still far from its expected release date. But fans are getting quite excited to speculate some of the features that the Cupertino-based tech giant should include in the patch.

One speculation in particular that seems promising is the new iOS 11 concept video that YouTube user, My Apple, posted earlier this week. The clip, which was created by Jacek Zięba, showed some interesting features that Apple should introduce in the next major update. A couple of contents that were presented on the video, specifically Group FaceTime and split-screen, are actually quite useful on a day-to-day basis.

College students could benefit from the split-screen feature in iOS 11 if Apple should ever decide to include it in the next roll out. The Group FaceTime, on the other hand, is not exactly that much of a big game changer. What it basically does is it will let the user create a group call with more than two people.

The other feature that Zięba speculated on the iOS 11 concept video is the Dark/Night mode. However, this one is already a common option, as said on Droid Report. It may not make a huge impact in the next major update but it would still be a great addition alongside other changes.

Unfortunately, Apple has yet make any official announcement about its ideas for the features of iOS 11. That being said, it's highly advisable to take this one with a tiny pinch of salt and consider it as nothing more but a speculation.

Meanwhile, a lot fans are now looking forward to the Cupertino-based tech giant's Worldwide Developer's Conference (WWDC) in June 2017. Cult of Mac reported that Apple might actually showcase some of its upcoming software updates at the event.

It includes the final version of the iOS 10.3, which just recently received its fifth beta build, Enstars reported, and the iOS 11. More news or hints about the matter should emerge in the coming months.
