The much awaited "One Piece" Chapter 860 has been released, and fans are quite thrilled with how the story works on. Firstly, the guests for Big Mom's tea party have officially arrived and secondly, the last of the three strongest commanders has been revealed.

Katakuri, the last of the three commanders, has finally been featured in the latest "One Piece" Chapter 860, as said on the My Anime List forums. He has a current bounty of 1 billion 57 million and the ability to shortly view the future thanks to his extremely powerful observation Haki.

However, what got many fans excited aside from Katakuri is the introduction of the tea party guests in "One Piece" Chapter 860. The guests in mention are actually the biggest and most famous personalities from different branches of the underworld. A couple of examples are Black Market King "Gold of Fortune" Du Feld and Great Mortician Drug Pietro.

Unfortunately, the latest "One Piece" Chapter 860 did not exactly show any new progress with Luffy and the rest of the gang's assassination plans. To refresh the memories, there are currently three steps that the gang must accomplish to carry out the plot to kill the Yonko.

First, Luffy and the distraction group must make an entrance during the ceremony, possibly after "One Piece" Chapter 860. Then the next step that they must do is to take the photo of Mother Caramel and destroy it, as said on Droid Report. This will open up a window for the rest of the team to take out Big Mom - since she is vulnerable whenever the picture is damaged.

The item that they must use after "One Piece" Chapter 860 is a rocket launcher called KX Launcher. It contains the deadly gas that Ceasar Clown created specifically for this purpose. This part of the plan, however, only has a five-second window.
