Carrie Underwood performed her song See You Again at the 2013 CMT Music Awards Wednesday night in Nashville, Tenn.

The 30-year-old singer dedicated the song to those affected by recent tornadoes in her home state of Oklahoma. She performed in a knee-length light pink-colored dress that had sparkling details.

Underwood on Wednesday won the top honor of the night - Video of the Year for Blown Away. She took home the respective award for the second year in a row. Underwood was nominated in the category along with Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean and Florida Georgia Line.

"Whew, the good Lord has been very good to me -- well, all of us in this room, for a long time," Underwood said in her acceptance speech. "First and foremost, I'd like to just thank Him for our love of music."

She also made a shout-out to her husband, ice hockey player Mike Fisher, whose birthday fell on Wednesday.

"My husband, it's his birthday! So, I got you a present!" she added. "My fan club members and all the people here in town for CMA Music Fest awesomeness -- and the fans -- thank you so much! CMT, thank you! God bless you guys. You're amazing. I don't deserve this. Thank you."

She stopped by the Wonderwall portrait studio after winning her award to pose for some photos, see here. Underwood was also nominated in the category of Female Video of the Year for Two Black Cadillacs. She now has a total of 10 CMT Music Award wins, making her the top winnner in the award ceremony's history.

"What a great night! :) thanks, for making this happen! You all are so good to me...WOW! :), she tweeted after the awards ceremony, along with a photo of her posing with her award.

Underwood premiered a "first look" video for See You Again recently on Good Morning America. The track is off her fourth album, 2012's Blown Away. She joined the Rolling Stones on stage in Toronto on May 25 - the eighth anniversary of her win on American Idol.
