Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are planning on having a third child, however, Kim won't be the one giving birth this time.

The couple recently decided to hire a surrogate to carry their third child. It is reported that Kardashian has a condition called placenta accreta, which makes being pregnant again life threatening to the reality star.

In the end of last year, Kardashian visited an OB/GYN when he broke the bad news that it would be extremely detrimental for the reality star to carry a third child.

"We're always worried about the next serious complication...You're always taking a little bit of a chance. There are situations where retained placenta could be life and death," the doctor told her.

In 2015, Kardashian revealed to E! News about her fertility issues and how she wanted to move forward with building her family.

"Every medical issue that you could probably have, I feel like I get, and I worry so much about it," she said. "You know it was really hard for me to get pregnant so I do feel really blessed that I am pregnant and at the end of the day it is a million times worth it...I'm really not complaining, I'm just being honest and being honest about, I hate it you know pregnancy is not for me."

After realizing the high risks and struggling with her last pregnancy with her son, Saint, she and West decided to move forward with hiring a surrogate.

Kardashian and West have agreed to pay $45,000 in 10 and $4,500 monthly installments and if there is more than one child, the surrogate would receive $5,000 for each child, TMZ revealed.

The couple would also have to pay $68,850 to the agency that is helping them find a surrogate.

Khloe Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen have both offered to serve as surrogates, but Kim and Kanye have not yet revealed who the lucky woman would be.
