Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott recently attended HGTV's Scott Brothers House Party at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, Calif., and during the event, they dished on Drew's upcoming wedding with fiancée Linda Phan.

Not surprisingly, Drew is making sure that Jonathan and his older brother, J.D., have major roles in the ceremony.

“They’re my bridesmen!” Drew revealed to Life & Style magazine, according to a report on August 2. “I’ve pawned off the responsibilities of the bachelor party to them.”

As for the actual wedding, which is set to take place on a beach in 2018, Jonathan revealed that Drew has had his wedding planned since he was 10-years-old.

“Linda and I want warm weather, we want beach. We want something that has that all-inclusive feel,” the 39-year-old explained.

According to the report, Drew and Linda Phan will be joined by around 200 guests, including “a lot of HGTV and Food Network talent.”

“Being Scottish, there will definitely be kilts,” Drew continued. “We want to infuse a little bit of tradition into our wedding fashion.”

“It will be early next year, hopefully,” Drew added. “We’ve been so busy.” 

Despite his busy schedule, Drew is making a point to avoid becoming a groomzilla and said that at the end of the day, the details aren't as important as the celebration of his relationship with Phan.

“If the cake melted, if the tents fell over, it still wouldn’t matter,” he explained. “Because for us, it’s all about family and friends just being together.”
