Kelly Dodd is getting divorced.

Following an official announcement from the Real Housewives of Orange County star on Wednesday, a source claims that the couple is reportedly on the same page when it comes to parting ways.

“Kelly wanted out, and so did Michael,” a source close to the reality star told Radar Online on September 27. “It is really just a matter of time now before things are finalized... Kelly and Michael are just so volatile towards each other and her friends have been urging her to leave him for quite some time now.”

“She is miserable in that marriage, and so is he. Things at home have just gotten really nasty lately,” the insider continued.

Dodd forst filed for divorce in 2012 but after being unable to finalize the split, the reality star called it off and reconciled with her husband.

“Kelly took off to Europe to think about everything,” the insider added. “Everyone around her is just really glad that she decided to end it before someone really got hurt.”

Dodd released a statement about the end of her marriage after rumors began swirling in regard to her allegedly impending split earlier this week.

"Our marriage is over, I'm out of there! We've have problems for years and I've had enough, I'm done with our marriage," Dodd said in a statement to the Daily Mail. "It's just a case where two people can't get along. It's best if we went our separate ways and concentrate on our daughter."

"We aren't good together, maybe we'll better to each other when we are divorced and are friends but right now we are both miserable and it's not good for either one of us, let alone our daughter," she noted.
