Robert Pattinson who just broke up with his girlfriend FKA Twigs is seen spending a lot of quality time with his close and longtime friend songstress, Katy Perry. It's really hard to say if there is some kind of romance blossoming between the two.It seems that Perry is giving some serious advice to Pattinson. According to a report by The Hollywood Life, the duo have been exchanging texts and talking regularly and are very close at this point in time.The source added that there has always been an attraction between them but never got a chance to act on it. All these time they have known each other and either of them was always involved with someone else. Now both of them are single and hence they could take their relationship to the next level if they wish to. Now that we do not know. However Pattison according to the source wants to be in the right place mentally first and then would make any such move.

The insider mentioned that Pattinson cares and respects Perry a lot and is very careful with their friendship and does not want to risk it in any manner. He is at the moment getting used to his life as a singleton and quite busy with his new sci-fi film. In August the two were spotted at a restaurant in at the Sunset Tower Hotel and were seen getting quite cozy having a private dinner and Perry at that time was single having separated from Orlando Bloom.
