Shannon Beador just got a crash course in being a single parent. According to a new report, The Real Housewives of Orange County star, who confirmed last week that she and her husband of 17 years, David Beador, were separating, dealt with an injured daughter earlier this week.
Beador, who has three children, including 16-year-old Sophie and 13-year-old twins Stella and Adaline, initially shared the news on Instagram before another update on the situation was shared by Radar Online on Nov. 3.
As the outlet explained to readers, Stella was rushed to the hospital on Thursday night after she nearly broke her wrist while playing in a high school basketball game.
“Stella hurt her wrist tonight at her basketball game," Beador revealed to her fans and followers on Instagram, along with an image of her daughter sitting down in an X-ray room.
Although Stella had a rough night, she had a good game and reportedly helped her team come home with a win when she scored a three-point shot to end the game.
"Grateful she didn’t break anything!!! Just a bad bruise,” she continued.
After Beador's post was shared on Instagram, the reality star's fans and followers began sending their well-wishes to The Real Housewives of Orange County star and her family.
According to an insider, the Beadors are dedicated to raising their children together, but when it comes to the legal arrangement between them, the reality star is reportedly going after full custody of their three girls, with David being given nothing more than visitation.
“There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that she will get it!” a source claimed.
As for their current arrangement, the three girls are said to be living with their mom but continuing to spend plenty of time with their father.
“While the kids are living with Shannon, David does come and pick the girls up and takes them to school,” the source told Radar Online. “And they still get together as a family for dinner and sporting events.”
