Tamar Braxton of WeTV's Tamar and Vince has been extremely outspoken about her divorce with Vincent Herbert after staying quiet about it for weeks. Now, the reality star and Grammy-nominated songstress has opened up about her divorce from Vincent Herbert once again.

This time, Braxton spoke with PEOPLE Now about her shocking split. She filed for divorce in late October, just weeks before she and Herbert were set to celebrate their ninth wedding anniversary.

“I’m at peace,” said Braxton. “Vicne and I are not fighting. I think people associate divorce with like, arguing and fighting and a lot of havoc, and that’s not where we are.”

She went on to say that their true concern is their son, Logan, 4.

Logan is just one of the reasons she and Herbert still talk consistently despite their very high profile and public split.

“Let me tell you something: When you love somebody, you probably will always love them. That’s what I believe. Vince is a family member. It’s just unfortunate that things are where they are now, but you never know.”

Interestingly enough, Braxton seems to be keeping the door open on whether she and Herbert will get back together. After she said there could be a television show that surrounds their breakup and co-parenting skills, Braxton added that it’s “just really [hard] to tell” if she and Herbert will ever reconcile.

“I think Vince and I have a lot of healing to do individually so we can come together if that’s in God’s plan. So right now, no.”

Braxton also didn’t hold back when it came to her decision to cut her music career in hopes of fixing the marital woes and strain with her estranged husband. She said she hoped the “space” between them would be a healthy one that allowed them to go into the direction they both wanted in their marriage.

“To be honest, I did not plan on filing for divorce – it was the last thing I ever wanted to do in my life. I just wanted to get another manager and create space so I can save my family.”

She added that working together never provided any type of relief from the other. She pointed out that because the two were together all the time, they never got the chance to “miss” and “appreciate” one another. She also spoke on the importance of staying true to who you are.

Tamar & Vince airs Thursdays on WeTV at 9/8c.
