Sylvester Stallone, known for his iconic roles as Rocky Balboa in the film Rocky, and John Rambo in Rambo, is being accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl back in 1986. Stallone along with his bodyguard, Michael De Luca, were accused of sexually assaulting the teen in a Las Vegas hotel while Stallone was working on the film Over the Top.

In a report that was filed when the incident occurred, the teen, who remains anonymous, states that she arranged to meet with the Expendables star, who was 40 at the time, at his hotel and agreed to sleep with him. She was shocked, however, that his bodyguard was present and the two "forced" her into a threesome. After it was over, the girl claims that Stallone threatened to "beat her head in" if she ever told anyone about what took place. She eventually declined to press charges as she felt too humiliated by the experience.

"This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter. It never happened," a spokesperson for Stallone stated.

This apparently isn't the first time that Stallone was implicated in being physically violent with women. A woman named Margie Carr, who was an exotic dancer, accused the actor in 2001 of pinning her against the wall and tearing off her clothes at a gym they both attended. The actor was also accused by his late half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti, of being too aggressive with her, an allegation he also denied.

Stallone is the latest actor accused of sexual misconduct that either took place years ago or recently. Kevin Spacey, Dustin Hoffman, Ed Westwick, and Louis C.K. have all been named as predators and accused of sexually abusing men and women. Westwick, like Stallone, is denying the stories against him, however; Hoffman and C.K. have issued an apology to their victims. Spacey is currently undergoing evaluation after multiple men came forward and accused the actor of groping them.

Stallone was nominated for two Academy Awards for his portrayal of the boxing champion, Rocky. He is known for taking mainly action roles. Stallone is married to Jennifer Flavin with whom he has three daughters: Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet. His eldest son, Sage, died the age of 36 in 2012. He has another son, Seargeoh, from a previous marriage.
