Selena Gomez reportedly wants to treat her boyfriend, Justin Bieber, to a home-cooked meal on Thanksgiving Day.

According to a new report, the couple may not be on the same side of the country during Thursday's holiday. Despite this, Gomez is reportedly determined to celebrate with her musician beau at some point in time.

“Selena wants to cook some of her secret family recipes for Justin on Thanksgiving,” a source close to Gomez revealed to Hollywood Life on Nov. 21. “Justin and Selena are making plans, figuring out where and how they will spend the holiday but Selena made it clear to him that even if it’s not happening on Thursday, she wants to make some of her favorite traditional dishes for him."

As for what may be in the works, the source said that Gomez's family has a tasty recipe for stuffing and mashed potatoes, and the singer's mom, Mandy Teefey, makes an impressive Texas Pecan Pie. That said, it is hard to say whether or not Gomez will be taking Bieber home to her family.

Selena Gomez Wants Her Family To See The New And Improved Justin Bieber

While a Thanksgiving celebration has yet to be publicly confirmed between Gomez and Bieber, Gomez is reportedly hoping her family will get to see a new side of Bieber, whom she previously accused of cheating on her.

As for Bieber, he is reportedly just as eager to allow Gomez's family to see that he's a new man after engaging in a few wild years in the past.

“He wants to impress Selena‘s family," the insider noted. "She is hoping everything goes well cause this first holiday back together will be a big deal for them.”

Selena Gomez And Justin Bieber Have Been Back Together For A Few Weeks

The Weeknd and Gomez split after months of allegedly moving in together. Recently, Bieber was caught at Gomez's home, and in the weeks that followed, despite her struggles with lupus, they continued to be photographed riding bikes and going to church in Los Angeles.

Although Gomez and Bieber are currently involved in a full-blown romance, Gomez did not take Bieber to the 2017 American Music Awards on Sunday night, Nov. 19. Instead, she walked the carpet alone before taking to the stage for a performance of "Wolves."
