Scheana Marie and Robert Parks-Valletta split months ago but the Vanderpump Rules star is convinced that she and the actor will ultimately reconcile -- and tie the knot. Until then, the reality star will be doing her best to enjoy her new life as a single woman.

During a new interview, Scheana Marie admitted that after nearly eight years of putting the men in her life before herself, she's ready to focus on herself.

“I haven’t really done anything for myself in a while, so that’s something I’m trying to get used to, because I don’t ever put myself first," she told Entertainment Tonight on Dec. 4.

According to the report, Scheana Marie is moving to Las Vegas next year where she will headline a play, Sex Tips for Straight Women From a Gay Man. So, maintaining a romance with Parks-Valletta, who travels frequently for work, simply isn't possible at this point in time. That said, the couple spent Thanksgiving together and plan to spend Christmas together, as well.

“He just spent Thanksgiving with my family, I’m doing Christmas Eve with his," Scheana Marie said. "We talk almost every day, we’re still very involved in each other’s lives. It’s just, where both of our career paths, and living situations are going right now, it’s not working out and it’s just a lot of pressure that is now released.”

Speaking of her ex-husband, Mike Shay, who she split from as the fifth season of Vanderpump Rules came to an end, Scheana Marie said that she and Shay haven't spoken in quite a while. As for a future friendship, she added that it is a bit too soon and mentioned that Shay has a new girlfriend.

Scheana Marie went on to say that she is happy to see that her ex-husband has moved on from their two-year marriage and noted that he appears to be doing well.

Scheana Marie wed Shay in August 2014 as cameras rolled for the third season of Vanderpump Rules.
