Real Housewives of New York City stars Carole Radzwill and Heather Thomson allegedly filmed a staged scene for the upcoming sixth season of the Bravo reality series,  Radar Online claimed on Monday.

The website obtained photos from the show's set featuring the costars reportedly reacting to crew instructions to walk and talk on cue during a scene recorded on Meeting House Lane on June 15 in Southampton, N.Y. The photos also show how the crew set up a large light reflector and positioned it to make the reality stars look their best during their dialogue scene.

Thomson was later seen sitting and talking to two men at 75 Main Street, a popular restaurant.. However, an eyewitness said that as soon as cameras stopped rolling, she was "out of there."

"It was like something you would see on the set of a movie or scripted television show," the eyewitness told the site. "Carole and Heather stood on Meeting House Lane and waited for the crew to call 'rolling,' before walking toward the camera and sitting on a park bench. They even shot the scene twice!"

"It was extremely contrived and set-up," the source added. "It lacked all spontaneity and any semblance of reality. I joked to the people that I was with that The Real Housewives of New York are the unreal Housewives of New York!"

When asked what was being filmed, a member of the Real Housewives of New York crew only described the scenes as a "documentary."

The staff member also insisted to our eyewitness that he could not take photos, despite filming taking place on a public street. The source said he was told by the crew member that he was not allowed to take photographers, insisting the reason "was probably because it was so scripted and staged that photos and videos would reveal that."
