Former teen idol and singer, David Cassidy, tragically passed away earlier this month after suffering from liver and kidney failure. While the world still continues to mourn this loss, new shocking allegations have come out against the late singer.

Samantha Fox, a former model and singer, is accusing Cassidy of sexually assaulting her in 1985 when she 19 years old.

The allegation comes from her book, Forever, where she gives a detailed account of what took place.

Fox alleges that the attack happened after a photo shoot for Cassidy's song, Romance, which she was asked to be a part of. Fox stated that after the shoot was over, she and Cassidy went to dinner with her father at the White Elephant. Fox claims that while in the bathroom, Cassidy followed her and burst through the door.

"Before I really had time to process what was happening, he had pushed me up against the wall and his hands were all over me. I shouted: 'Get off me, David!' in an attempt to stop him. But instead, he just stuck his tongue into my mouth and shoved a hand under my skirt, while the other kept a firm grip on one of my breasts," she wrote

Fox recounted that she kicked Cassidy in the crotch and elbowed him in the face to get him off of her. She returned to the table and didn't mention the attack to her father. Fox said that she was heartbroken since Cassidy was her "idol" and had his poster on her wall.

"Back at the table, I sat down without saying a word. If I had mentioned what just happened to dad, he would have knocked his lights out. In that moment, the handsome, sweet guy from The Partridge Family had transformed into a first-class creep who wasn't worth the risk of a stretch in prison."

Fox also claims that during the photo shoot, Cassidy had an erection and "dragged" out the photo shoot as the singer was topless.

In her biography, Fox goes into the bravery of coming out as a lesbian and the abuse she also suffered from her father.

Cassidy passed away at the age of 61, with his family members by his side. He had suffered from alcohol problems for years and was living with dementia before he passed. It was recently reported that The Partridge Family star left his daughter, actress Katie Cassidy, out of his will.
