Lala Kent doesn't want anyone to assume that she's had any work done to her face.

While the Vanderpump Rules star has admitted to having breast implants and using fillers, Kent said during a new interview that her many faces on social media aren't the result of plastic surgery. Instead, they are the result of an app.

"I don't think it's fair for people to look at social media and think, 'Oh, this person looks this way,' when I'm like, 'No, I've done things to alter the way that I look.' I don't want anyone to sit there and go, 'That's real life.' I use my FaceTune [app] to death, I love the teeth whitening, I love all of it," Kent explained during a Facebook live interview with In Touch Weekly last month.

"I think it's important for everyone to know that I may look different in this photo than when you see me in real life," she said. "If you don't like something and you can fix it, I don't want people to be shamed for that. You want a bigger booty? You want bigger boobs? Go for it!"

Kent joined the cast of Vanderpump Rules during its fourth season as a hostess at SUR Restaurant, where the series is filmed. Since then, she has been highly discussed on the show due to her many feuds with her co-stars and her top-secret romance with rumored boyfriend Randall Emmett.

As fans will recall, Kent's co-stars accused her of being involved with a married man during Season 5. Shortly thereafter, she was linked to the movie producer who had previously been married to actress Ambyr Childers.

Furthermore, the rumors surrounding Kent and her relationship with Emmett led to her being on the outs with nearly all of her co-stars. She even appeared to grow tense with James Kennedy, who had been the closest cast member to her throughout the fourth and fifth seasons of Vanderpump Rules.

While Kent was once estranged from nearly everyone, she has since made amends with her co-stars and now appears to be quite close to everyone on the show.

To see more of Lala Kent and her co-stars, including Jax Taylor, Scheana Marie, Stassi Schroeder, Lisa Vanderpump, Tom Sandoval, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz, and James Kennedy, tune into new episodes of Vanderpump Rules Season 6 on Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
