Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber spent tons of time apart earlier this month as Gomez tended to her career responsibilities in Europe. Now, however, the couple is free to enjoy one another as the holidays near.

According to a new report, Gomez and Bieber were caught boarding a private jet in Southern California on Saturday, Dec. 16, and later landed in Seattle, Washington, where they were caught enjoying a sweet date at the Sugar Factory.

In photos shared by Hollywood Life, Gomez was seen making her way to the private plane with her hair down and a full-length black coat. Meanwhile, Bieber wore a blue-and-grey winter coat. As the outlet also pointed out, Gomez and Bieber suggested their getaway would be short of packing quite lightly for their trip.

Sweet, Sugary Date

In a second report shared by TMZ, it was revealed that the couple enjoyed a sweet date with one another at the Sugar Factory in Bellevue, where they reportedly ordered a non-alcoholic beverage with two straws at the venue's Chocolate Lounge. As an insider revealed, the beverage was a 60 oz. drink called the Ocean Blue and included gummy marshmallow sharks and dry ice. The cost? A whopping $34.

During their time at the Sugar Factory, Gomez and Bieber were caught holding hands with one another.

"Selena and Justin are doing great," another source told E! News. "Justin is very affectionate to Selena. He wears his heart on his sleeve lately especially when it comes to her. They are still learning about each other as grown adults."

Gomez and Bieber reunited with one another for the first time in over a year at the end of October, around the time that Gomez and her former boyfriend, The Weeknd, called it quits after 10 months of dating. Since then, the couple has been seen spending time with one another on a regular basis and were caught kissing at a hockey game weeks ago.

According to E! News, Gomez's family is "still getting comfortable" with the idea of her reconciled relationship with Bieber but when it comes to Bieber's family, his mom Patti Mallette appears to be over the moon.

"I don't know so much about their personal relationship because he doesn't share a whole lot, but I love her," Mallette explained to People magazine, according to E! News. "I support anything [he does]. If he loves her, I love her, and I've met her and we have a special bond so I think she's precious."
