Hailey Baldwin Is Dating Shawn Mendes, Not Interested In Getting Back Together With Justin Bieber

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have recently communicated with one another but they aren't getting back together.

According to a new report, Bieber and Baldwin shared a few words via text message recently, but the messages weren't romantic. Instead, they were completely friendly and when it comes to their future, Bieber and Baldwin are headed in different directions.

“Hailey is dating Shawn Mendes,” a source explained to Us Weekly magazine on Dec. 21. “There is nothing going on between her and Justin. She’s not interested in Justin in the slightest."

The insider also noted that they have both moved on and said the messages sent between them were platonic and friendly.

Rumors first began swirling in regards to a romance between Baldwin and Mendes earlier this year after she was first linked to Cameron Dallas and he was linked to former Fifth Harmony singer Camilla Cabello.

“Hailey is really into Shawn and thinks he is the nicest, sweetest guy,” an insider told Us Weekly magazine in November. “They meet up whenever they’re in the same city, FaceTime a lot and text each other several times a day.”

Last month, in honor of the Halloween holiday, Baldwin and her friends, including Kendall Jenner and Justine Skye, threw a star-studded party at Delilah in West Hollywood and Mendes was on their guest list. A short time later, a source spoke out, stating that during the event, the couple was inseparable and didn't hesitate to showcase their PDA.

“He was holding her hand and putting his hand on her lower back to guide her through the party,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “He was very comfortable showing her affection and she loved the attention, looking at him adoringly."

Baldwin and Bieber enjoyed a short-lived relationship at the end of 2015 and even celebrated the holidays in the Bahamas with Bieber's family. Then, the following month, as they returned to Los Angeles, things between them seemed to become distant. Shortly after, Bieber reunited with his former rumored flame, Kourtney Kardashian.

Now, Bieber is back with his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, and the couple continues to flaunt their love for one another in L.A. As for his texts to Baldwin, however, Gomez was reportedly unhappy to hear about their communication and they are now attending couple's therapy.
