Blake Shelton has responded to the criticism he received after he nailed his third win a row on The Voice Season 4 on Tuesday.

Shelton's country act, Danielle Bradbery, 16, became the youngest winner in The Voice's history. Because it was Shelton's third win with the hit NBC show, he was criticisized in multiple reports. The multi-award winning country singer previously won The Voice Season 3 with his act Cassadee Pope and Season 2 with Jermaine Paul. Season 1 went to Adam Levine's team member Javier Colon.

Blake told HollywoodLife that critics can "kiss my a**" for the remarks about his third win a row.

"From the beginning when I signed up for the show, I said I would like to take a country act from the beginning to the end and win this thing and now that has happened," Shelton told HollywoodLife on Tuesday after the finale ended.

"It is so funny, along the way I read all these things from critics and people who are naysayers, and now that it has happened, they can KISS MY ASS; we really worked hard for this!" Shelton said.

Shelton was asked what his plans are for next season, following the win, but said he hasn't thought that far ahead yet.

The Season 4 finale offered performances from very special guests, who reperesented a variety of music genres. There were several duets and a solo performance from icon Cher. It was her first live television performance in 10 years.

The other musical guests that performed on June 18 included Pitbull, who performed a duet with Seasons 1 through 3 coach Christina Aguilera. They performed their current hit, Feel This Moment.  Additionally, Bruno Mars, country band Florida Georgia Line, rapper Nelly and Hunter Hayes performed with Season 4 finalists One Republic.

Bradbery learned that she earned the most votes of the night after she and the other finalists sung two songs each and performed a duet with their coaches.
