It has been weeks since Omarosa Manigault Newman was either fired or resigned from the White House.

While there are various reports on whether or not she left on her own terms, it has been said Manigault was let go after she reportedly got a little too comfortable with the perks.

Driving Ms. Omarosa

Apparently, John Kelly, who works at the Chief of Staff for the White House, fired Manigault after she was caught utilizing the car service for the White House. It was recognized as “CARPET.”

Manigault has been accused of using CARPET as a pickup and drop-off service. While it might not seem like a big deal to some, the federal government does not allow that at all.

Still, Manigault has a new platform to discuss her experience at the White House as she stars in CBS reality series Celebrity Big Brother. She just debuted in the show earlier this month but has already used it to bash Donald Trump and the White House administration. She went as far as calling it a “circus.”

The White Hosue Throws Shade

The White House deputy press secretary, Raj Shah, responded to Manigault’s comments and confirmed reports that she was fired while mentioning her history with Trump on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice.

“Omarosa was fired three times on The Apprentice, and this was the fourth time we let her go,” said Shah. “She had limited contact with the president while there. She has no contact now.”

Manigault has yet to respond to the accusations of her allegedly misusing the federal government’s car service. Still, she has maintained that she left the White House on her own terms after she felt uneasy about what she witnessed.

Omarosa's Dramatics Strike Again?

Getting fired from the White House isn’t the only speculation swirling against Manigault. Celebrity Big Brother host Julie Chen has accused the star of embellishing her asthma attack on a recent episode of the show.

Chen said she hoped Manigault “was exaggerating her need for medical attention” but quickly realized she could have been doing it with other motives in mind.

“I mean, Christmas went back in after a broken foot,” said Chen during an interview. “My suspicion was that although Omarosa truly had an asthma attack, she played up the severity of it after it passed, to milk it for drama, attention, sympathy, and safety from eviction.”

Celebrity Big Brother airs on CBS Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8 p.m. EST or 7 p.m. CT.
