Comedienne and actress Amy Schumer is a married woman! The 36-year-old actress secretly wed her boyfriend, Chef Chris Fischer, in a surprise and intimate ceremony on Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Malibu.
After attending the celebration of Ellen DeGeneres's 60th birthday, Schumer and Fischer surprised their family and friends with a wedding ceremony by the beach in a rented house. A strict "no photos" policy was enforced and a comedian officiated the ceremony.
Reportedly in attendance were Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Aniston, Larry David, Olivia Munn, James Corden, Jennifer Lopez, David Spade, and Judd Apatow.
Sources close to the actress have stated that Schumer is happy and in love with the 37-year-old chef.
"It was a very chill wedding. It was thrown together last minute, most of the guests found out the wedding was happening on Tuesday from a text message sent out by Amy on Sunday. It was like, 'Hey, this is happening. If you can make it, great. If not, no worries.' People were in and out all night. It was a gorgeous day. Everyone was having a good time," an insider stated.
The couple confirmed their relationship after being spotted having dinner in New York City.
