Dorit Kemsley didn't hit it off too well with her newest co-star, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 8.

As fans have seen throughout the past several episodes, Kemsley and Mellencamp Arroyave have been battling it out over everything, from timeliness to wine glasses, and unfortunately time hasn't healed the wounds they gave one another during production.

During a new interview, Kemsley spoke out about her current relationship with Mellencamp Arroyave, claiming that while she believed she and the new housewife worked through their issues, she is now finding out that is not the case.

“I have to tell you, I thought we were friends. She’s certainly led me to believe that, and then watching the show and watching her having a pop at me every chance has been really surprising, really shocking,” Kemsley told Us Weekly magazine on Feb. 20.

“I am hyper attentive to detail,” she continued. “Really, I didn’t even care … I think that all was just blown way out of proportion.”

Kemsley and Mellencamp Arroyave first butted heads after Kemsley failed to arrive in a timely fashion to a scheduled lunch date. As fans saw, Mellencamp Arroyave waited and waited for her co-star but she never came. So, after learning that Kemsley wouldn't be there any time soon, she chose to go home.

A few weeks later, Kemsley criticized Mellencamp Arroyave's knowledge of glassware, which put a further rift between them.

Although Kemsley said she believed she and Mellencamp Arroyave were "friends," she admitted to the magazine that she and her co-star have not been in touch at all since production wrapped on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 8.

“We haven’t spoken. I’ve definitely been a bit taken aback watching her, the way she’s talked about me. It’s so different to the relationship that we actually had,” Kemsley explained. “We’re very different.”

While Mellencamp Arroyave hasn't hit it off with Kemsley, she has made some close friendships since joining the show and has frequently been seen spending time with longtime cast member Kyle Richards.
