Camille Grammer has long been featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but since season 2, she's been seen in only guest-starring and cameo roles.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live earlier this week, Grammer was asked if she would ever consider returning to her full-time role on the show for an upcoming season.

"Do you want to come back full time?" Cohen asked Grammer, according to a report by TooFab on Feb. 14.

"It's up to you," Grammer replied.

According to Cohen, he and his crew have wanted Grammer to return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on a number of occasions, but due to circumstances that Grammer has been dealt in recent years, including a couple of cancer diagnoses, she has been unable. Cohen also said that Grammer has held back during previous seasons of the show in an effort to keep the peace with her costars.

"Do you feel like you have the tools now where you could come back, speak your mind and not feel scared about getting ambushed on social media?" Cohen questioned the reality star.

"I'm getting a lot better," Grammer explained, admitting that dealing with the online criticism of her fans and followers can be difficult and "hard to ignore" at times.

While Grammer has been known to take things personally in the past, she said that she's doing her best to keep her head held high and ignore the criticism she receives.

Cohen went on to mention that while she didn't hit it off with viewers during the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she was one of the best first season cast members he's had on any of his shows. During season 1, Grammer's marriage to Kelsey Grammer was coming to an end amid rumors of an affair with his now-wife Kayte Walsh, so it wasn't too surprising to see that Grammer wasn't exactly at her best.

While Grammer certainly had an interesting experience during the first season of the show due to her messy split from her now-ex-husband, she has since become a fan favorite of the franchise, and each and every year, many hope to see her return to the show full-time.

To see more of Camille Grammer and her Bravo TV costars, don't miss new episodes of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 8 on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Grammer is currently starring on the show in a part-time role.
