American Horror Story actress Lilly Rabe dropped a few hints about what her character would be like in season 3 and who she'll be working with.

When asked about character details for American Horror Story: Coven, Lily Rabe said Tuesday that her new character would be "nothing like Nora or Mary Eunice from the first two seasons." Both characters were innocent women at first who were either killed then turned into a ghost, (season 1) or inhabited by the devil (season 2).

Rabe also said that she'll "definitely be working with Kathy Bates." Though she would not divulge the capacity with which she would be sharing the screen with the legendary actress, she is still excited to work with her.

"I'm a big fan of hers," she said. "I can't wait."

When putting these two pieces of information together, it can be assumed that she could be playing an evil character from the get-go, since Bates' character is supposed to be one of the biggest villains of the season. Rabe may even be playing Bates' right-hand woman, but it's anyone's guess at this point.

With the details revealed so far, there is at least a vague idea of what Coven will involve. Bates' character is said to be "five times worse than her Misery character" and based on a real-life New Orleans woman, according to AHS creator Ryan Murphy.

Additionally, Jessica Lange's character is said to be a "glamour cat leading lady" who is best friends with Bates' character before turning into her enemy. The show will likely involve a Lange vs. Bates storyine as the primary conflict, though it may not be that black-and-white. Sarah Paulson revealed earlier in June that her character might even end up being "the evil one" by the end.

One of the characters will be named Maude, a wealthy widow desiring some "youth serum." The news was revealed on Monday in an audition video for Dr. David Zhong, a guest character. Read more details here.

American Horror Story's third season will premiere in October.
