Big Brother 15 is set to premiere tonight with 16 new house guests and two game-changing twists.

Here's everything you need to know going into tonight's premiere:

Big Brother is premiering earlier than usual this year as part of "100 days of summer," the longest season of the show in its 13-year history. With 16 new houseguests competing for the $500,000 prize, the cast will have to duke it out for three full months.

As for the new houseguests, they will be all first-time players for the first time since Big Brother 12. The only house guest with a connection to a previous season is Elissa Slater, who is the sister of Big Brother 13 winner Rachel Reilly. Most of the cast is between the ages of 20 and 30, with the oldest being Helen Kim at 37. Check out the new cast here.

The first twist in play this summer will be three nominees for eviction. Big Brother rules have traditionally dictated that the Head of Household nominates two houseguests for eviction, but that will be bumped up to three for the first time. This will likely complicate the game even more and provide for maximum drama.

The other twist is the "Big Brother MVP" poll, which allows America to vote for which houseguest they feel is playing the best game. The poll will be conducted each week and the winner will have a special power in the game for that week. More will be explained about this special power in tonight's premiere. The Live Feeds, which allow fans 24/7 access inside the Big Brother house are available for a $23.99 deal up to midnight. After midnight, the feeds can be purchased for $26.99 for the whole summer or $9.99 per month.

Big Brother 15 will be airing three nights a week: Sundays will include the HOH nominating three house guests for eviction, Tuesdays will include the Power of Veto competition and ceremony, and Wednesday will be the live eviction and HOH competition.

Big Brother 15 premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS.
