Wendy Williams Confronted Aubrey O' Day About 'Alleged' Affair With Donald Trump Jr.
As the news begins to make headlines about former Danity Kane member, Aubrey O' Day's alleged affair with Donald Trump Jr., it seems that someone else may have known about the illicit act a few years ago.
Talk show host and media personality, Wendy Williams, unearthed an old clip of her interview with the singer and it showed Williams interrogating the singer about her on-screen chemistry with Trump Jr.
Did Wendy Know All Along?
Williams touched on the controversial topic on her show on March 20, 2018. The talk show host rolled the clip that showed Williams and O'Day speaking on the singers time on the Celebrity Apprentice that was hosted by now-President, Donald Trump. Trump Jr. was one of the judges on the show at the time.
Williams wasted no time in asking the singer if she would have a date with Trump Jr. to which O'Day replied "No" and went on to elaborate that Trump Jr. was "not her type".
"He's too corny for me, girl. I can't do it. I need a man with some swagger and there's none... Nice guy, I'm sure he'll marry a [cute] little blonde, ex-Miss America, or Universe, whatever, but not me, sorry," the singer stated.
Now, it has been reported that Trump Jr. and O'Day were engaged in an adulterous relationship that began sometime in 2011 during season 6 of Celebrity Apprentice. The affair ended in 2012 when Trump Jr. called it off after his wife, Vanessa, discovered emails between the two.
News of the affair began hitting multiple sites after it was announced that Vanessa had filed for uncontested divorce from Donald.
O' Day rose to fame during her time with the all-girl group, Danity Kane. In 2008, after multiple fights and discord amongst the group, O' Day was fired. The singer briefly reunited with the group in 2013 before disbanding again for the second time. O'Day was also in a relationship with DJ Cassidy for a short period of time.
Vanessa And Don Call It Quits
On March 14, 2018, it was reported that Vanessa and Donald Trump Jr. decided to divorce. The couple released a statement following the shocking announcement.
"After 12 years of marriage, we have decided to go our separate ways. We will always have tremendous respect for each other and our families. We have five beautiful children together and they remain our top priority. We ask for your privacy during this time," the former couple released in a joint statement.
The former couple married in November 2005 and have five children, three boys and two girls, that were born between 2007 and 2014.
It has also been speculated that Trump Jr. had affairs with other women as well but none have been named.
