TLC's Breaking Amish reality star, Katie Stoltzfus, strips herself of her conservative clothes and modest lifestyle for bright lights and lip stick.

You may remember Kate as a suppressed feeling Amish girl who wanted to make it in New York City:

In the first season of Breaking Amish, Stoltzfus moved to the big city and joined onto the show to pursue her aspirations for modeling. In the interview with Maxim magazine, she suggests she even had doubts about becoming a model until she tried it out.

"Before I had even signed a contract with a modeling agency, I did a test shoot to see if I could photograph well," she tells the magazine, "and the first outfit they put me in was a bathing suit! I have to admit it was a little intimidating, but now I enjoy doing it."

Now Katie seems very comfortable to show off her stunning figure in front of the camera. In her Maxim spread, Katie rocks a tight bustier and high rise shorts in one photo and a tank top and short leather skirt in the other. With a body to die for, Katie credits her stunning shape to the culture of growing up as an Amish woman. Many Amish women, who are traditionally covered from head-to-toe, do have impressive figures because "they work hard," she explains.

"They also eat healthy, since they grow their own food," she says. "That's one big thing I missed about home, being able to garden and take care of plants."

The aspiring model will be the first Amish woman ever to be featured in the magazine. The Maxim issue will be out in August.

While the current season of Breaking Amish finds Stolzfus and cast mates living in Florida, a new season airing July 21 at 10 p.m. on TLC brings five new faces to test out modern life in Los Angeles.
