Brad Pitt is done playing nice in his custody battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie. The actor is sick of being controlled through his kids.

A Critical Moment

According to sources close to the famous exes, Pitt is livid that Jolie is trying to use their children to control his life. He will reportedly do whatever it takes to have a proper relationship with them, regardless of what Jolie does or says.

Court documents recently revealed that the judge in the case believes Pitt should be allowed to spend more quality alone time with his children.

"It is critical each of [the children] have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother," according to the docs.

The judge also ruled that if the kids, Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and Knox and Vivienne, both 9, were denied the same, it could be hugely harmful to them.

The document further states that if Jolie doesn't allow the kids to build a proper relationship with their father on an ongoing basis, she could lose primary custody of them.

At The End Of His Tether

According to an insider, Pitt is utterly sick of the situation and wants it sorted sooner rather than later.

"Brad has taken the high road through all of this; he could have gone to court much sooner to ask the judge to intervene. He was done being Mr. Nice Guy and rolled the dice," the source advised.

As the insider noted, the judge could have sided with Jolie in this case but, thankfully, decided the kids were in absolutely no danger while alone with their father.

The 54-year-old, who will get custody of the kids during the summer months, is already spending more time with them. Pitt spent Father's Day with the children in London this past Sunday.

Jolie is currently based there while filming Maleficent 2. Last year, she brought all six kids to Ethiopia on Father's Day.

Is There Any Truth To The Rumors?

The 43-year-old actress took issue with how the leak of their legal dispute made her look, releasing a statement via her spokesperson last week.

"This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children. From the start, Angelina has been focused only on their health and needs," it read in part.

The famous couple announced their shock separation almost two years ago, following a 12-year relationship. Jolie retained primary custody of their six children.

According to InTouch, Jolie has been keeping the kids from their father for a while now. Pitt approached the judge with a considerable amount of evidence in relation to his alienation from them.

Under the most recent order, Jolie cannot monitor text exchanges or calls between the kids and her ex-husband and cannot influence their opinion of Pitt in any way.
